The FindUP app gives you access to over 8,000 computer technicians throughout Brazil. Troubleshoot your devices in your home or business quickly and safely.
Ideal for homes and businesses that can optimize their computer service costs. If your company already has a FindUP account, simply login with your email address already registered on the platform.
To request a technician, simply download the APP FindUP, report your problem and schedule the service for the day and time you prefer. We'll find the nearest technician and everything will be accompanied by our operations team.
Each call entitles you to 3 hours of service. We do not charge for quantity of devices, ie in 3 hours the technician is available to solve more than one device. But it is important to inform everything that needs to be done in the description of the ticket.
Payment is made direct by the application and by credit card.
Our technicians are registered on our platforms and undergo a series of documentary checks and skill tests before they become active and released for service.
